Meet the Housing Services Team - #TeamCommunity

#TeamCommunity is our one team approach to delivering excellent customer services in our communities and neighbourhoods.

We want customers to be proud of where they live, feel respected and listened to and have the confidence that we will deliver what we say we will do.

#Team Community is made up of four key teams all working together to ensure you have a seamless and positive customer experience:

Localities Team

Our front-line team of Neighbourhood Coordinators manage a patch of around 500 homes and you will see them out and about a lot of the time, especially on their Wednesday Walkabouts.

They are on hand to deal with any tenancy issues or queries you may have and will be your point of contact through your tenancy journey. They work to ensure communal areas and neighbourhoods are safe and maintained to a high standard and in areas where there are high rise blocks, a Neighbourhood Coordinator Assistant will provide extra support.

If tenancy issues are high level or complex, a Tenancy Enforcement Officer will manage your case but will work with the Neighbourhood Coordinators to keep you informed of what they are doing to get the issue resolved.

Leaseholders and Shared Owners are supported by the Home Ownership Officer who will help with building management, service charge enquiries and any other queries you may have about your home.

A Localities Manager and Localities Team Leaders provide day to day management of the team and help to develop the local neighbourhood plan and opportunities for community engagement activities.

Leaseholders and Shared Owners are supported by the Home Ownership Officer who will help with building management, service charge enquiries and any other queries you may have about your home.
