What you can expect from your apartment
We want you to feel at home straight away and so we are happy for you to decorate in the style you prefer.
Each apartment has a fitted kitchen and an adapted bathroom/wet room with electric shower.
Post is delivered direct to your door and your intercom makes it easy to check who is visiting before you answer the door.
If you need help, there is a telecare alarm installed which connects you to a local Contact Centre which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Simply press the button on your pendant or use the pull cord and you will be speaking to a specially trained operator who will get you just the help you need, quickly and easily.
Your health and wellbeing are of utmost importance to us. Our technology platform allows us to monitor you, both from a distance and in person, granting you and family members peace of mind that somebody is looking out for you.
Details of the daily and weekly events and activities you can take part in are shown on TV screens in the communal lounges so you never need to miss a thing.
