You may have noticed a poster in our offices and on our reception screens. It carries a simple message: kindness is key, and abuse is not welcome

Our colleagues work hard to help you every day, and most of our conversations with customers are friendly and positive. Sadly, some of our colleagues have faced rude, threatening or abusive behaviour. Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and that includes the people who work for us. We will not accept abuse, harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation or threatening behaviour of any kind.

We understand that things can be frustrating when they go wrong, and we always want to hear from you if you’re unhappy. Please talk to us calmly so we can work together to put things right.
