Wyre Forest District Councillor, Marcus Hart officially opened The Community Housing Group’s (TCHG) refurbished play facility at Lister Road in Kidderminster on Saturday 13th July.

The event was linked to the first of four ‘TCHG On Tour’ summer community days and was supported by all of TCHG’s front line teams.

The event was very successful and provided an opportunity to consult with tenants and residents on local issues, standards of service and involvement opportunities.

Families who came along enjoyed face painting, bouncy castles and free ice cream

The event also provided an opportunity for staff to promote services and talk to residents about local priorities, standards of service and involvement opportunities.

‘TCHG On Tour’ continues over the summer on the following dates:
• 9th August - Barnfeild Road, Walshes Estate, Stourport
• 16th August -  Borrington Park, Comberton Estate, Kidderminster
• 23rd August - Bewdley Leisure Centre, Bewdley
