Planning Permission was granted by Wyre Forest District Council on 9th September 2014 for this flagship scheme on the site of the former British Sugar works, Stourport Road, Kidderminster.

Building works will commence in January 2015 with phase 1 of the development which is for 12 1-bedroom Learning Disability Supported Living flats, anticipated to be completed in September 2015.

The Extra Care accommodation will include 35 x 1-bed and 65 x 2-bed apartments, with onsite care and support and is anticipated to be completed in September 2016.
