Oakleaf Grounds Services has previously sold logs which are a by-product from their tree operation. They have been sold in a raw and unsplit condition as seen in the picture above. However, from 1 November 2014, logs will now be sold split. This makes them much easier to handle and the cost of the logs will be £55 per tonne bag (unweighed).

This has previously proven to be a popular service and contributed to our recycling performance. We hope that selling the logs split will increase the popularity and due to the expansion from one team to two of our tree service that this will provide an increased number of logs.
