HR Assistant, Evie Brookes, from The Community Housing Group (TCHG) has battled against two other regional finalists at this year’s National Apprenticeship Awards Finals on 13 November 2014, to receive Highly Commended for the Learndirect Intermediate Apprentice of the Year Award.

Having already won the West Midlands Intermediate Apprentice of the Year at the regional awards ceremony on 16 September 2014, Evie’s achievements recognise her as being one of the UK’s top performing apprentices which is an amazing achievement. 

At the regional ceremony, TCHG was awarded Highly Commended for the West Midlands Region as Best Large Employer of the Year, as well as being one of the top 100 UK organisations out of over 200,000 to employ apprentices, and one of only four that is accredited to Investors in People (IIP) Gold status.

Evie said: "Winning these awards really is a Group effort. Thank you to all teams and colleagues who support Vestia in the delivery of the Apprenticeship and Employability Programmes".
