The Community Housing Group (TCHG), one of Worcestershire’s largest Social Housing providers is celebrating its 15 year anniversary with an ambitious new business plan and a new Group Chair.

Andy Ballard, who joins TCHG from 1 April 2015 brings a wealth of social housing, legal and commercial experience to the board. His previous roles have included Chair to Herefordshire Housing Ltd and he is presently a co-optee to the National Housing Federation Regional Committee.

 “This is an exciting time for TCHG as it embarks on a five year growth programme to bring over 500 new homes, new business opportunities for its commercial arms and local employment to the Wyre Forest district.
