Work being carried out by both The Community Housing Group and Wyre Forest District Council to bring services together at The Worcestershire Hub, Kidderminster is nearing completion.
The project will see customer services for tenants of Wyre Forest Community Housing and Wyre Forest Sheltered Housing (both part of The Community Housing Group) move from the current location of Oxford House, Oxford Street, Kidderminster to The Hub, based at Kidderminster Town Hall.
Customers of WFCH, WFSH and WFDC will only have to visit one site to pay invoices and receive help and advice from both their Council and their housing provider.
Work being carried out by CHG Property Services (part of The Community Housing Group) to facilitate the joining of the two services is going extremely well, with The Hub on course to be fully operational on May 9th 2011.
