Oakleaf’s External Repairs Contracts team has transformed a plain, tarmaced area behind their office located at Community House on Stourport Road in Kidderminster.

The space at the back of the office has been developed to produce a relaxed garden area that is suitable for not only staff to enjoy but for tenants and prospective customers to view seating and the different types of fencing available.

Tenants have a small budget which they can bid for to pay for community environmental improvements. This means that they can see the actual products in advance and be sure that it will fit their requirements – it’s another example of achieving value for money by getting it right first time!

Bill Baker, Executive Business Manager for Oakleaf Commercial Services, commented: “What was once a bland corner, now has a new lease of life and demonstrates the type of work that we can do. The different types of fencing and benches are now on display for tenants to view, as well as for staff to enjoy”.
