Oakleaf Grounds Services (part of The Community Housing Group) have begun a new contract with the Territorial Army and Cadet Force.

The new contract, which includes grounds maintenance, will see Oakleaf staff travel as far as Stoke, but the 75 sites are mainly in the Birmingham and Worcester area.

Initially for 12 months, there will be an option to extend the contract for an additional four years.

Oakleaf have also gained another school contract from Solihull Borough Council, and have been awarded a contract from BAM, a construction and property development company.

As a result of the increase in work for Oakleaf, another 6 seasonal posts have been advertised to meet the needs of the new contracts.
