As part of our landlord function we periodically survey our customers for their views on the services they receive from us. This is known as a STAR survey and is in addition to our usual customer satisfaction surveys. It enables us to understand what we do well and where we have opportunities to improve. It also allows us to compare ourselves with other Registered Social Landlords. You can find more details about STAR here.

We are commencing our STAR survey with the assistance of Voluntas MRS Ltd. They will be contacting a proportion of our customers, starting today, throughout the rest of June and will complete the surveying on the 2nd of July. The survey consists of 12 questions. Should you receive a call from Voluntas MRS you can be assured we have instructed Voluntas to carry out the survey.
