We are pleased to announce that following a one day assessment, The Community Housing Group has once again successfully satisfied the certification requirements for the Customer Service Excellence standard.

The Customer Service Excellence standard is an official UK standard for public sector organisations. It measures quality of delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude in the provision of public services.

There is also emphasis placed on how organisations know what their customers need, how they understand the customer's experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.

We are delighted that the evidence provided was compliant with the requirements and demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement across the Group.
