The vigilance and quick thinking of a Wyre Forest Community Housing CCTV operator has ensured the arrest of two youths.

The operator observed the youths acting suspiciously around the local area and via the camera system was able to follow their path, and later witnessed them attempting to break in to several cars.

The police were contacted and the operator could direct them to the exact location of the youths.

The police apprehended the two and the evidence recorded by the operator will be used to secure a conviction.
