For the second quarter in succession, Wyre Forest Community Housing and Wyre Forest Sheltered Housing’s void periods have been the lowest since stock transfer from Wyre Forest District Council in 2000.

The figure for The Community Housing Group as a whole currently stands at just 2 weeks.

This highlights the hard work that has been undertaken by staff to turnaround the availability of properties to new tenants after the previous occupier has moved out.

Implementing the changes in practices and procedures that arose from a recent review has ensured the continuation of the excellent results.
