A 41 year old single male struggled to find a home and ended up in hostel accommodation. Unfortunately, this meant he had to be parted from his dog who had been his companion for many years and often gave him the reason to get up each day.  Our Housing Allocations and Voids team pulled out all the stops to get an offer of a one bedroom flat ready so that he could be reunited with his dog as quickly as possible.
