Tenancy Management Housing Officers have successfully tackled a number of environmental issues raised by local residents living on the Foley Park and Rifle Range estates in Kidderminster.

Working with residents and the local Councillor, Tenancy Management Housing Officers were able to investigate several issues, clarify boundaries and establish who was responsible for addressing the concerns brought forward.

The most common areas of concern were fly tipping, littering, overgrown greenery, untidy gardens and alleyways, along with who has responsibility for the emptying of various public waste bins.

The morning proved to be extremely productive and should ensure greater clarity and a quicker response when similar issues are identified in the future.
