As part of this move we will be bringing the Housing and Repairs teams together and creating a Customer Service Centre that will receive calls for both teams. This will allow us to provide a more "joined up" service to customers and answer calls and enquiries more efficiently.

From Monday 12th December our existing Repairs Hotline number 0800 169 5454 will be the single number to ring for all Housing, Repair and Care Services enquiries.

In addition to this one contact number, we have also listened to feedback and have a simplified range of options: press 1 for Repairs or 2 for all other enquiries.
