Our home improvement programme makes our properties more energy efficient, helping to improve residents’ finances and tackle climate change. Examples of improvement work carried out includes:

·       Boiler & heating installation replacements

·       Removal of gas fires & solid fuel

·       Introduction of external insulation

·       New roof and loft insulation top-ups

·       Replacement doors and windows

We also make our overall stock more efficient by identifying ‘old and cold’ properties that are entering the void process and put them up for sale, using the proceeds to fund replacement new build properties that will be built to current standards of high energy efficiency.
