This online course will provide the knowledge, skills and understanding that is needed to live an independent life by maintaining rented accommodation. It will help with:

• Completing a housing application
  
  
• Budgeting skills and knowledge of financial products
  
  
• Developing awareness of an individual’s responsibilities as a tenant
  
  
• Learning how to maintain a home
  
  
• Keeping tenants safe and secure
  
  
• Preparation for employment

Courses run monthly and the next 4-day course starts on Monday 22nd February.

Sessions are in bite-size chunks – 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
