Recycling raises money for hospice

Oakleaf VanOakleaf Grounds Services have sold surplus materials and logs to raise £153 for Kemp Hospice.

The grounds maintenance company, part of The Community Housing Group, are thrilled to have been able to help Kemp by selling materials that would have otherwise been thrown away.

Kemp, based in Kidderminster, provides vital care and support to both patients and their carers and is run with the help of fundraising by the local community.

Keith Burgess, Head of Oakleaf and Support Services, said: “It has been great to turn waste in to money and help a worthy cause. Kemp do a fantastic job for patients and their families and we are pleased we can help support them.”
