This new build site in Kidderminster not only provides valuable experience for our own apprentices but provides a real positive impact for one worthy customer.

We have been championing apprentices on our new build schemes for some time and they will be joining the team onsite at our most recent location at Cotswold Close, Kidderminster to undertake 1st fix and 2nd fix works in their relevant discipline. We are expecting carpentry, heating and plumbing as well as electrical apprentices to join.

Training the future workforce is crucial in any industry, but especially construction, and we are proud to be playing our small part in equipping these young apprentices with the skills and invaluable experience needed as part of their development for the future. New build work offers a wide-ranging opportunity which can’t be gained elsewhere in the business.

This site was originally old, disused garages and will soon consist of three new bungalows with associated landscaping and parking. The one plot has already been assessed by an Occupational Therapist (OT) and will provide the tenant who suffers with both illness and mobility issues, and these new living arrangements will provide this parent and his children with a real positive impact on their health and wellbeing.
