We are thrilled to announce that we won Best Digital Inclusion Scheme award at last night’s Housing Digital Innovation Awards for our work during lockdown. 

The award was for our use of deployed video calling technologies to help keep isolated and vulnerable people in touch with their families during lockdown. We also called our customers to make sure they were alright and had everything they needed, and we provided additional support during those challenging times.

It was a true team working approach and brought together colleagues from amica24, the Customer Service Centre team, Neighbourhood Wardens, Care and Support workers and our IT team for technical advice and support.
