We introduce Mohammed Arfan, David Richards and Simon Barrett who all work as part of the Asset Management Team.

Mohammed and David are Stock Condition Surveyors. They will visit customer’s homes to survey the property to gather information about its condition, and this will include any communal areas and gardens. All of this assists Community Housing with its planning for the future.

Simon Barrett is a Contract Surveyor. Simon’s position is to provide technical expertise on responsive, cyclical, major work and planned investment programmes, ensuring a high quality of work is delivered safely as well as ensuring great customer service for customers and other stakeholders.

They will contact customers to make an appointment and/or call at their properties. Hopefully they will now be recognisable and customers will be aware of what job they do and what it will entail.
