We are supporting the national Chairs’ Challenge, introduced by National Housing Federation (NHF). Our Chair, Ann Bennett, has signed up to the challenge which is crucial for embedding and driving equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).

Ann commented on this; “I am very keen to make a public commitment to this and show our support as an organisation in driving equality, diversity and inclusion starting with our Board in Community Housing. The Chairs’ Challenge is a pledge to look at diversity and inclusion and develop a vision for the future.

"I am eager to drive this forward, encouraging a more diverse and equal board and look forward to introducing a workshop which I will be running at our next Board Strategy Day in May.”
