We are very pleased to welcome our newest Board Member, Catherine Dass.

Catherine joined us in December 2022 and brings over 20 years' experience in the Housing Sector as an Executive Director and Non-Executive Director. She has also held roles as Director of People & Performance and Group Business Improvement Director at several large Midlands Housing Associations.

Her primary areas of responsibility whilst in the sector have been in people, organisational change and performance.

Catherine has strong links to Midlands and Worcestershire, having worked at Wolverhampton Homes, Worcester Community Housing, Fortis Living and Platform Housing.

She is committed to promoting a strong organisational culture and values the principle of “having a commercial head and a social heart”.

Catherine is a qualified and experienced Executive Coach and mentor and is also an Assessor for Coaching qualifications. She is a Professional Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Board Experience

Since 2017 Catherine has served as a Non-Executive Director at Housing Plus Group, which operates in Shropshire and Staffordshire. She currently serves as their Senior Independent Director and Chairs the People Committee.
