Following our Board Meeting on 20 September 2023, there were the following Board and Committee changes:-

• The retirement of two of our members, Jane Preece and Julie Robinson, who both stepped down from the Board after 7 and 6 years respectively. We wish them both well for the future.
  
  
• As part of the recruitment process for both Jane and Julie’s replacement, we would like to offer a warm welcome Jennifer Preedy (pictured) who has joined us onto the Board.    
  
  
• Following an internal recruitment process and interviews held on Wednesday 13 September 2023, Kim Hamilton has been appointed to the Vice Chair position on the Community Housing Board. This is in addition to the roles that Kim already holds on the Board, and we would like to wish her every success in her new role.
