We are changing the way we deal with your emergency Out of Hours repairs as from 1 November 2023.
We will be using a new call handling provider to handle our out of hours calls. SPS has over 35 years’ experience, providing social housing out of hours service to multiple customers across the UK and understand the challenges that can be experienced.
This change shouldn’t affect the service you receive but means we will be able to provide an enhanced customer journey right through from the time you first call. Their friendly and supportive staff will take ownership of each call so always ask for the same person, should you need to call back.
In order to achieve a smooth transition, we would appreciate your support and patience at the start whilst SPS become familiar with our processes and contractors.
