Your rent is calculated over a 48 or 49 week period which means that for 4 weeks of the year, there is a collection free period.

This year, it will be the ‘rent free’ period is week commencing 11 December 2023 and 24 December 2023.  

We are encouraging all customers with an outstanding balance on their account to pay as normal during this time, as any payment received will reduce the balance. We will be contacting customers over the next few weeks who do have outstanding balance on their rent account which maybe through our automated system out of our normal office hours. We will also be contacting customers by text message or one of our advisors may call you during the day by phone to discuss available options.

Please be aware that they will not ask you for any personal financial information, including your card details and PIN number and instead you will be directed to our automated secure payment line.
