Board Members are responsible for overseeing and guiding the company’s activities. They work closely with the Chief Executive and Directors who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.
They make sure there is good financial control and value for money and that Community Housing meets all regulatory and legal requirements. Board Members also review the company’s performance against targets and look at customer feedback. They make recommendations for improvements and offer insights into the company’s future plans.
Operations Committee Members look at how operational plans and services are delivered to customers including how they perform against targets and lessons learned from feedback and complaints.
