We look forward to welcoming the Housing Ombudsman to a customer event which was previously cancelled in October last year due to the weather. He will now be arriving:

• On Friday 22 March from 12.45pm – 2pm
• At Foley Grove Head Office or online

For those unable to attend on the day, we will be recording the event for our website, and also opening a Question and Answer facility beforehand to ensure that everyone gets chance to ask a question.

The Housing Ombudsman is an independent body that helps resolve disputes between tenants and landlords. They can help with a wide range of issues, including repairs, rent arrears, and eviction. At this event, customers will have the opportunity to meet the Housing Ombudsman and learn more about their work. This is a great opportunity to learn more about their rights and how to get help if needed.

This event is not an opportunity to discuss personal issues with the Housing Ombudsman, but customers will be advised how to access their services if they need individual help and support with their queries.

Places in person are limited to 60 people due to fire safety reasons, and we have 40 customers signed up so far, so we would urge you to let us know asap if you wish to attend! For those who require to attend virtually, we will arrange the access links once attendance is confirmed.
