The new Asset Management Strategy for 2024-2027 has now been uploaded to our website and viewed from within the Strategies section on our company documents page.

The strategy framework document explains how we, as a landlord, will take care of our properties and make sure we get good value from our investments. It will guide us in making smart decisions about where to invest, what to sell and how to improve our properties. This approach aligns with the four key goals of our Corporate Plan.
