We held a special event at Wharton Park Golf Club recognising the important role customers play in helping us to improve services, make decisions and build a strong community.

The event brought together customers, Board Members, and members of the Executive and Leadership Teams for an afternoon of celebration, highlighting the fantastic achievements and shared success over the last 12 months.

We also celebrated the winners from the recent Neighbourhood in Bloom competition which was run in conjunction with Wyre Forest District Council (WFDC), Worcestershire Wildlife Trust (WWT) and Wyre Forest Green Alliance (WFGA).

Thank you to everyone who came along to support the event, and to the customers who have volunteered their time to work alongside Community Housing in many different ways including colleague recruitment, task and finish groups, scrutiny reviews, procurement, community events, surveys, competitions, Readers Panel and strategic customer engagement.

We received positive feedback from customers regarding Community Housing, reflecting a clear and encouraging shift in culture, and a clear indication that customers are experiencing and appreciating the positive changes that have taken place.
