For several months now, our Development Team has been working closely with a team from a company called Pretium, who set up and manage procurement frameworks for the public sector. The challenge was to establish a procurement framework of construction companies and consultants for new build development and regeneration projects. 

I am now really pleased to announce that the hard work from both teams has led to the launch of our new five-year framework earlier this week. Community Housing is the lead organisation for the framework, but other public sector organisations across the Worcestershire and the West Midlands areas will be able to use it.  

We have worked with Pretium to ensure that the framework delivers on efficiency and value for money. It has attracted a diverse range of superb suppliers and is structured appropriately to tackle all sizes of projects. We are looking forward to seeing our first projects being brought to life through it.
