Last week, colleagues from across the business attended events in both Kidderminster and Worcester to promote our career opportunities:

• Colleagues from the Organisational Development and Talent Operations Team visited Kidderminster College’s Open Evening, where they spoke with prospective students about apprenticeships and the different careers within housing.
• Colleagues from Independent Living Services had a stand within the Health and Social Care area of the college, sharing their advice and journeys with prospective students who were specifically interested in a career within care.
• We also attended the Worcestershire Careers and Apprenticeship Roadshow where we spoke to lots of students, parents, carers and guardians from across Worcestershire, promoting Community Housing as an employer of choice, with lots of opportunities to consider when thinking about their future career paths.
