From Monday 10 February 2025, our cleaning services will be provided by Ideal Cleaning. This change marks the start of a new chapter while keeping the high standards of service you expect.

Last year, we asked customers what they thought about our cleaning services and we set up a group of customers to tell us what they needed and how we could do things better. After listening carefully to what customers said, we decided to team up with a company called Ideal Cleaning Services to handle all our cleaning

We have worked hard to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible. You may notice some small changes, but in most cases, things will stay the same. The cleaning teams in the neighbourhoods and schemes will still be the same familiar faces; they will just be wearing an Ideal uniform instead.

Ideal Cleaning Services is a family business that started in Nottingham back in 1946. They now work all across the country and have more than 20 years’ experience cleaning for housing associations.

Ideal promises to:
