From Monday 10th March, customers will be able to send us non-emergency queries via SMS text message that will go directly to our Customer Service Centre.

The new service will be quick and easy to use, simply send a text message to 07727 901 352 and include your name, address and postcode, followed by your message. Standard message rates apply.

Save the number 07727 901 352 as "Community Housing text messages" for easy reference.

Please remember, if you have an emergency repair, you must continue to call our Customer Service Centre as usual on 0300 003 5454.
