We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ebele Akojie as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

She joins the company after Richard Lethbridge decided to step down as Director of Finance at the end of March 2025.  Richard has decided to take a break before deciding his next move.  We are really thankful to Richard for all his hard work.

Ebele Akojie brings an extensive background in finance, governance and resource management, accumulated over two decades of senior leadership and board roles. Her recent positions include Finance Director at Genesis, Chief Finance Officer at One Housing Group and Executive Director of Finance and Resources at Settle.  Additionally, she serves as a Non-Executive Director at Golding Homes, South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust and Heylo.

Her expertise will be invaluable in supporting our financial strategy and ensuring Community Housing remains well-positioned to deliver long-term sustainability and value for residents.
