During March, Savills will be conducting stock condition surveys on our behalf to ensure your home remains well-maintained.

These surveys help us plan for future upgrades and improvements, ensuring we continue to provide safe, high-quality homes for our customers.

Surveys will inspect key areas of your home, including 

• Bathrooms and kitchens
• Heating systems
• Windows and doors
• Lofts and insulation
• Outhouses and gardens.

In addition, surveyors will also be assessing communal areas within our blocks of flats, including corridors, stairwells, entrances and shared outdoor spaces. 

Surveyors may also take photographs to help us accurately document the condition of each property and communal area.

Not all properties are due to be surveyed, relevant customers will be notified and appointments made accordingly. Each survey takes approximately 30 minutes.

All surveyors from Savills will carry:

• A letter of authority from Community Housing
• Official identification.
