We’ve made a few changes to the areas our Neighbourhood Coordinators look after.
We know how important it is for you to have a local contact who really knows your area. That’s why, as part of our Service Improvement Plan for 2025/26, we’ve taken a good look at how we organise our Neighbourhood Coordinator patches. It’s been two and a half years since we last made any changes, so we felt it was the right time for a fresh review.
What We Did – And What We Found
We didn’t rush this. We listened to your feedback – through our surveys, our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and from the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) scrutiny panel. We also spoke with our teams to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
Then we looked at the facts. We checked how many homes were in each patch, how many ASB cases were being managed, how many safety inspections were needed and how many other cases – like complaints, damp and mould reports, mutual exchanges and sign-ups were happening in each area.
Some patches were much busier than others. So, to make things fairer and give every Neighbourhood Coordinator the time to do their job well, we’ve made some changes to the areas they cover.
What This Means for You
You might have a new Neighbourhood Coordinator, or you might still have the same one – but they could be covering some new areas too.
We know that change can be a bit unsettling. We want to reassure you that we’ve done this to help improve the service you get. With better-balanced patches, our Coordinators can spend more time where they’re really needed – which means more support for you and your neighbours.
We’re now putting the new patch areas in place from beginning of June, however, it might take us a couple of weeks to get everything fully up and running, so thank you for bearing with us.
Your Neighbourhood Coordinator will be in touch if there are any changes that affect you. And don’t worry – if you’re not sure who your Coordinator is, please visit the My Neighbourhood section of the website, which you will find under My Home, or just click here.
