Colleagues and residents at Arch Hill Court Extra Care Scheme have successfully completed a Mental Health training course.

The course, ran by Neil Pollard, Mental Health Practioner, was provided by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

During the 6 one-hour sessions, attendees gained an understanding of techniques and coping skills to assist with everyday challenges and mental health issues.

All participants were awarded a certificate at the end of the course.
