We are pleased to announce that The Community Housing Group (TCHG) has been used as an example of best practice in the latest 'How to' guide from the Chartered Institute of Housing.

'How to... carry out repairs - on time, first time' is a national publication that features an article about the way in which TCHG has modernised its responsive repairs service, provided by CHG Property Services (part of TCHG).

The Group are thrilled that the changes made to the way the repairs service works, such as the introduction of repair scheduling software and hand-held technology to support mobile technology arrangements, have not only increased repairs being completed right first time, but have also been recognised as an example of good practice in CIH's 'How to...' publication.
