We're thrilled to announce that Community Housing has been recognised as a 5 Star Employer after receiving positive feedback through independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz.

WorkBuzz's mission is to help organisations create cultures where every colleague voice matters so everyone can perform at their best.

We spend a third of our lives at work, so ensuring this is meaningful, enjoyable and productive has always been important. But recent changes, like hybrid and remote working, have created brand new challenges for companies across the world, including ours.

WorkBuzz helps us gather real-time feedback from our colleagues, tracking their wellbeing and how they feel about Community Housing and the team they work in.

Back in June 2025, WorkBuzz invited all colleagues to provide confidential feedback about their employee experience, ranging from their opinions on leadership and the organisational direction, to the efficiency of line managers, strength of teamwork and how empowered individuals feel to do their roles.

We were awarded the WorkBuzz 5 Star Employer award because of our high levels of employee engagement, compared to other businesses of a similar size. We’re incredibly proud to receive the award because it reflects the honest views of our colleagues, and the willingness to take part to help shape a great working environment.
