Our final Live Here, Love Here event took place on Habberley estate in Kidderminster on Tuesday 2nd September.

We took a different approach for our final event to make sure we could engage with as many of our customers as possible.

Colleagues from our Housing Services team took part in a door-knocking activity, speaking to customers about any advice or help they may need and completing their Customer Census with them, if they hadn't already done so. 

The Census allows us to collect vital customer data to help improve our services and ensure we are catering for all of our residents.

The final event of the summer was a success and we enjoyed the chance to speak face to face with customers.
