Community Housing has published its Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap Statement for 2025.
In line with legal requirements, our gender pay gap data has been submitted to the UK Government’s gender pay gap service. We also voluntarily publish our ethnicity pay gap data as part of our commitment to transparency.
All figures are based on a snapshot of our workforce on 5 April 2025, the required reporting date. The data includes colleagues receiving full normal pay at that point in time.
The report sets out our pay gap figures, the factors influencing them, and includes an action plan outlining the steps we are taking to support fairness, progression and representation across the organisation.
