Community Housing would like to let customers know about some changes to our Supported Housing service.

From 18 May 2026, the care and support services currently provided within our Supported Housing structure will transfer to TLC Care at Home Ltd. These changes are part of new management arrangements for care and support services moving forward.

Community Housing will continue to provide housing management and Supported Housing services, including the ongoing support customers receive from Scheme Co-ordinators and on-site teams. Customers should continue to contact us as normal for any housing-related enquiries.

Care and support services provided by TLC Care at Home Ltd will continue to operate for customers who receive this support. Customers affected by the changes will be contacted directly and provided with any information they need. The aim is to make sure services continue smoothly with as little disruption as possible.

From June 2026, Supported Housing services at Community Housing will become part of #TeamCommunity as part of wider changes within the organisation.

We understand that customers may have questions during this time and we want to reassure everyone that support remains available. Community Housing and TLC Care at Home Ltd will continue working closely together to support customers and maintain services.
